About the role

Crepaway is seeking a full‑time Restaurant Floor Manager to lead daily operations at its Jounieh location. You will ensure a vibrant dining experience by delivering excellent service, maintaining food and beverage quality, and embodying the brand’s fun, youthful spirit.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily floor operations and uphold high standards of service and product quality.
• Supervise, coach, and develop team members to ensure a motivated workforce.
• Manage customer satisfaction, promptly address guest concerns, and enhance the overall dining experience.
• Collaborate with senior management to optimize processes and operational efficiency.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and training initiatives to sustain the Crepaway spirit.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service mindset and ability to create exceptional guest experiences.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with staff and patrons.
• Experience in hiring, training, and team development.
• Solid knowledge of food‑and‑beverage operations.
• Organizational and leadership abilities with adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.
• Prior restaurant or hospitality experience preferred.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality‑management certifications are a plus.
