About the role
We are seeking a friendly and professional Hostess to be the first point of contact for guests at Al Shams Restaurant in Anjar. This full‑time, on‑site role ensures a warm welcome and smooth seating experience for diners.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Manage reservations, waiting lists and escort guests to their tables.
- Coordinate with the floor team to optimise seating flow.
- Collect guest feedback at the table and address any concerns to maintain satisfaction.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized and presentable.
- Ensure every guest receives an excellent first impression and dining experience.
Required profile
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure during busy periods.
- Basic proficiency in English and Arabic.
- Team‑player with a focus on customer service.
