Full-Time Restaurant Hostess

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and professional Hostess to be the first point of contact for guests at Al Shams Restaurant in Anjar. This full‑time, on‑site role ensures a warm welcome and smooth seating experience for diners.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Manage reservations, waiting lists and escort guests to their tables.
• Coordinate with the floor team to optimise seating flow.
• Collect guest feedback at the table and address any concerns to maintain satisfaction.
• Keep the reception area clean, organized and presentable.
• Ensure every guest receives an excellent first impression and dining experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure during busy periods.
• Basic proficiency in English and Arabic.
• Team‑player with a focus on customer service.
