About the role
Namou Properties is seeking a driven Real Estate Sales Consultant to join its remote team from Lebanon. You will work with qualified investor and buyer leads in the UAE, managing the full sales cycle from initial consultation to closing high‑value property deals.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and qualified investor and buyer inquiries from first contact to signed deal.
- Build strong, trust‑based relationships with high‑net‑worth clients and investor pipelines.
- Conduct professional negotiations and close high‑value property transactions.
- Maintain and update your pipeline consistently through the company CRM.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and earn performance‑based rewards.
- Collaborate with management to improve conversion rates and sales processes.
Required profile
- 2‑3+ years of experience in a senior or top‑performing sales role.
- Proven track record of closing deals and meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent written and spoken communication in English and Arabic.
- Highly self‑motivated, disciplined and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Required skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales processes.
