About the role

ELEGANT Real Estate is seeking a full‑time remote Real Estate Agent to guide clients through buying, selling, or renting properties. You will act as a trusted advisor, delivering expert support throughout the entire real‑estate process.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property evaluations and market analyses to provide accurate valuations.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Organise and lead property tours, both virtual and in‑person.
• Negotiate contracts and facilitate successful transactions.
• Stay up‑to‑date with market trends and regulatory changes.

Required profile

• Valid driving licence.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent customer‑service and relationship‑building skills.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, self‑motivated and highly organised.

Required skills

• Familiarity with market analysis and property valuation techniques.
• Experience using technology‑driven tools and online property‑management or listing platforms.
