About the role
We are a growing offshore property and facility management support company looking for a reliable Project Coordinator to work during U.S. evening hours. The role is full‑time, on‑site at our Beirut office, and offers a dynamic environment where you will help keep operations running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate projects, work orders, and daily tasks.
- Communicate with dispatchers, vendors, and field teams.
- Track progress and ensure deadlines are met.
- Update systems such as ClickUp, email, and Google Drive.
- Follow up on pending tasks and resolve issues.
Required profile
- Experience in US Facility Management is mandatory.
- Organised, detail‑oriented and proactive.
- Strong English communication skills.
Required skills
- Excel
- Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- ClickUp or similar task‑management system
What we offer
- Full‑time evening shift (4 PM – 1 AM) with occasional overtime.
- Starting salary of $900, with top performers earning up to $1,700.
- On‑site work in Beirut.
