About the role
We are a growing offshore property and facility management support company seeking a reliable Project Coordinator to support operations during U.S. hours. The position works the evening shift from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM, with occasional overtime.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate projects, work orders, and daily tasks.
- Communicate with dispatchers, vendors, and field teams.
- Track progress and ensure deadlines are met.
- Update systems such as ClickUp, email, and Google Drive.
- Follow up on pending tasks and issues.
Required profile
- Experience in US Facility Management.
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Familiar with Excel, Google tools, and task‑management systems.

What we offer
- Full‑time, on‑site position in Beirut.
