About the role
We are looking for an energetic On‑Trade Sales Representative to build and maintain relationships with bars, restaurants, hotels and clubs. You will promote our brand portfolio, ensure product availability and drive sales growth within the Horeca sector.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue opportunities to increase distribution and volume across key on‑trade accounts.
- Develop long‑term relationships with bar managers, restaurant owners and event planners to secure repeat business.
- Visit customers regularly to introduce new products, conduct tastings and execute brand‑building activities.
- Prepare and deliver tailored sales proposals, negotiate pricing and promotional terms, and close deals.
- Monitor competitor activity, industry trends and consumer preferences to adapt sales tactics.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales forecasts and achievements, and report insights to management.
- Support promotional events, tastings and product launches to increase visibility.
- Provide prompt and professional customer service, addressing any concerns.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of sales experience, preferably in the on‑trade, hospitality or beverage industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field is a plus.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends and attend events as needed.
- Passion for food and beverage and a customer‑centric attitude.
