Sales Executive – Digital Marketing Agency

About the role

Meta Production, a digital marketing agency based in Metn, Lebanon, is looking for a motivated Sales Executive to drive new business and manage client relationships. The role combines sales, marketing, and client strategy in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and acquire clients.
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and sales pitches with prospects.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable marketing solutions.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up on leads.
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop client strategies.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Attend networking events and business meetings when required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Background in marketing, advertising, media, or related fields preferred.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Professional appearance and confident personality.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (French is a plus).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities.
