Sales Associate

About the role

The Sales Associate will deliver fast, friendly service on the shop floor, actively engaging customers, promoting the latest fashion collections and supporting the store’s sales targets. This role combines direct selling, inventory management and visual merchandising in a dynamic retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a strong floor presence, greet customers and address their needs promptly.
• Cross‑sell products across departments and provide feedback on new collections.
• Ensure accurate inventory control, stock replenishment and visual merchandising standards.
• Process all POS transactions, promote brand products and services.
• Update the customer database, follow up with clients and handle complaints efficiently.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and contribute ideas to boost department sales.
• Perform merchandise transfers and handle alterations according to tailoring guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, fashion‑related studies or equivalent.
• Maximum of one year retail or sales experience.
• Ability to work under pressure, maintain focus for long periods and pay strong attention to detail.
• Passion for fashion, professional appearance and discretion.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS systems.
