About the role
The HoReCa Sales Supervisor will lead our sales activities within the hospitality sector, focusing on hotels, restaurants, cafés and catering businesses. Based at UFood SAL’s Hazmieh office, the role is full‑time and requires a strong network and the ability to turn relationships into revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in the HoReCa market.
- Lead, coach and motivate a sales team, monitoring performance and providing feedback.
- Identify new business opportunities and nurture existing client relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with key decision‑makers in hotels, restaurants, cafés and catering firms.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Required profile
- Minimum several years of experience in HoReCa or food‑service sales.
- Previous experience supervising or leading a sales team.
- Established network of contacts within hotels, restaurants, cafés and catering companies.
- Strong leadership, communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
- Own a reliable car for client visits.
