Sales Agent – Forex & CFD Trading (Commission Based)

About the role
We are seeking motivated Sales Agents to join a leading global brokerage firm specializing in Forex, CFD, shares, commodities and crypto trading. The role offers full training and the chance to build a client portfolio in a fast‑moving, high‑performance environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow client trading portfolios.
- Provide guidance on a range of financial instruments including Forex, CFDs, shares, commodities and crypto.
- Execute sales and retention strategies to maximise client value.
- Analyse market trends to identify opportunities for clients.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in sectors such as automotive, real estate, insurance, crypto or call‑center environments.
- Strong “closer” mentality driven by results and targets.
- Fluency in English; French is a plus.
- Leadership or team‑lead experience is advantageous.
Required skills
- Analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
