Brand Commercial Executive (Remote – Lebanon)

About the role

MADI International seeks a Brand Commercial Executive to support the Brand Manager in driving commercial performance, optimizing inventory health, and coordinating activities across departments and markets. This remote position is ideal for analytical, detail‑oriented professionals passionate about brand performance.

Key responsibilities

• Support sales forecasts and demand planning; monitor daily sell‑in and sell‑out performance.
• Prepare weekly commercial reports and assist with pricing, promotions, and assortment planning.
• Review order confirmations, track delivery timelines, and ensure timely replenishment.
• Coordinate stock levels, slow‑moving items, and re‑ordering cycles with Demand Planning.
• Track new product launches, manage product lifecycle updates, and maintain accurate stock and product master data.
• Support clearance and liquidation planning for discontinued SKUs.
• Prepare monthly sales, stock, and forecast‑accuracy reports; consolidate sell‑through data across markets.
• Monitor principal KPIs, update the Brand Manager regularly, and assist in Quarterly Business Review presentations.
• Collaborate with Demand Planners, Finance, Marketing, and principals on forecasts, promotions, and order status.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in commercial, supply‑chain, or brand‑related roles.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Based in Lebanon and able to work remotely.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
