About the role
As a Guest Experience Expert you will be the face of Four Points by Sheraton in Verdun, delivering memorable and seamless experiences throughout each guest’s stay. You will work across the property, handling operational tasks, guest requests, and local recommendations while maintaining the highest standards of service.
Key responsibilities
- Process check‑ins, check‑outs and other operational needs efficiently.
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests and complaints with a proactive attitude.
- Prepare and submit daily reports and documentation as required.
- Provide local area highlights and recommendations to enhance guest stays.
- Assist guests with loading/unloading vehicles and transport luggage to rooms or designated bell areas.
- Move throughout the property, lifting items up to 50 lb unaided and up to 100 lb with assistance.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment at all times.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior work experience required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and navigate stairs or service ramps for extended periods.
- Physical capability to lift, carry, push, pull and place objects as described.
- Commitment to company policies, confidentiality, asset protection and professional appearance.
