About the role
We are looking for a Seasonal Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team in Beirut. The successful candidate will organise daily kitchen operations, prepare a variety of dishes and supervise junior brigade members while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and service.
Key responsibilities
- Organise kitchen workflow and ensure all dishes are prepared and served according to the menu.
- Implement and practice HACCP procedures to guarantee food safety.
- Prepare food, beverages, materials and equipment in advance for service.
- Supervise and provide direction to commis, cooks, kitchen attendants and stewards.
- Maintain courteous communication with guests and internal customers.
- Ensure compliance with property safety, first‑aid, fire and emergency procedures.
Required profile
- Gastronomic education certificate or equivalent (apprenticeship, diploma, BA/BSc).
- Minimum 2 years of kitchen experience; international or banqueting experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in a multinational environment with good English communication skills; local language proficiency preferred.

Required skills
- HACCP certification.
- Computer literacy for culinary applications and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations.
