About the role
This full‑time, on‑site position is responsible for leading daily restaurant operations. The manager ensures a high level of customer service, maintains food and beverage quality, and creates a welcoming dining atmosphere.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations.
- Ensure excellent customer service and promptly address feedback.
- Maintain food and beverage standards and quality.
- Supervise, train, and develop restaurant staff.
- Collaborate with the management team to uphold Crepaway’s service standards.
- Foster a positive dining environment for guests.
Required profile
- Strong customer service orientation and focus on satisfaction.
- Experience in hiring, team management, and staff training.
- Excellent communication skills for guest interaction and team coordination.
- Solid understanding of food & beverage operations and quality standards.
- Leadership abilities with a focus on motivating staff.
- Problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution capabilities.
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role is preferred.
- Flexibility to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic hospitality environment.
