Account Manager – Telecom Field Services

About the role

TowerLink Solutions is seeking a full‑time Account Manager to join its Beirut office. You will act as the primary liaison between the company and its telecom clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with mobile operators, ISPs and telecom vendors.
• Negotiate contracts, track project timelines and coordinate field operations.
• Identify client needs and work with technical teams to deliver tailored network deployment and antenna installation solutions.
• Monitor service performance, address issues promptly and facilitate communication between clients and internal departments.
• Prepare reports on key performance indicators and project outcomes.

Required profile

• Excellent communication, relationship‑building and negotiation abilities.
• Experience in project coordination, scheduling and problem‑solving in client‑facing environments.
• Understanding of telecommunications field services, including network deployment, antenna installation and infrastructure support.
• Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance processes and emergency response planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Telecommunications or a related field (preferred).
• Fluency in English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management tools.
• Strong command of office software applications.
