Senior SMS Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior SMS Account Manager to join our team in Lebanon. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, helping them maximise the impact of their A2P SMS campaigns while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients.
• Plan, launch and monitor SMS campaigns, analysing performance metrics.
• Provide tailored recommendations and solutions based on campaign data.
• Resolve client issues promptly and coordinate with internal teams.
• Stay informed on industry trends and emerging A2P SMS technologies.

Required profile

• Proven account management experience, preferably in telecom or SMS marketing.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Results‑driven, strategic and proactive attitude.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications or related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Experience using digital communication platforms for SMS campaign management.
• Knowledge of A2P SMS services and performance analytics.
