Visual Merchandiser - Luxury Retail

About the role

The Visual Merchandiser creates and implements high-standard visual displays across several luxury brand boutiques and branches. The role ensures each store reflects the brand identity, improves the customer shopping experience and maximises sales potential.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute visually appealing displays across multiple luxury brands and branches.
• Keep displays consistent with global brand guidelines while adapting layouts to local markets.
• Maintain store presentation standards on a daily basis.
• Coordinate with store managers and the marketing team so visual strategies match commercial objectives.
• Analyse customer flow and store performance to optimise product placement.
• Prepare seasonal window displays and in-store setups for product launches, promotions and events.
• Train sales staff on brand presentation standards and visual guidelines.
• Manage schedules so visual changes are executed on time across all assigned branches.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser, preferably in the luxury retail sector.
• Strong sense of creativity, aesthetics and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques, layout design and fashion trends.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills to handle several brands and locations.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel between branches when required.
