Sales Coordinator

About the role

Poultec Sarl, based in Beirut and active since 1996 in poultry turnkey projects and animal feed, is hiring a Sales Coordinator. The position is full-time and based on site in Roumieh, Lebanon, reporting directly to the Country Sales Manager. It links supply chain operations with sales, keeping stock available, costs efficient and coordination with international suppliers smooth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end purchasing process, including supplier selection, negotiation and order placement.
• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts based on sales data, market trends and business needs.
• Prepare and calculate commercial offers for the Lebanon market, aligned with stock availability and cost structures.
• Handle registration of new products in Lebanon in line with local regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels to avoid overstock or shortages and track supplier performance for timely delivery.
• Follow up regularly with the sales team on stock levels and forecast alignment.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in purchasing, procurement or supply chain coordination.
• Previous experience in the agricultural field is an advantage.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic.
• Strong collaboration, communication and negotiation skills.
