About the role

Fidelity Insurance and Reinsurance is expanding its sales team and is looking for motivated Life Sales Consultants. You will build a strong client portfolio and grow within a reputable insurance organization.

Key responsibilities

Prospect and engage new clients
Recommend insurance solutions based on detailed needs analysis
Strengthen relationships with existing and potential clients
Ensure consistent follow‑up and portfolio management
Represent Fidelity Insurance professionally in the market

Required profile

Sales experience with a results‑oriented approach
Strong communication and negotiation abilities
Team‑oriented mindset with high personal accountability
High school diploma required
