Travel Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Travel Consultant to join our dynamic team. The role involves advising clients on travel options, handling ticketing operations, and creating customized travel packages for both individual and group travelers. You will work closely with airlines, hotels, and other suppliers to deliver seamless travel experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on destinations, visas, and travel‑related requirements.
• Issue, re‑issue, and process refunds for airline tickets accurately.
• Design and sell tailored travel packages that include flights, hotels, transfers, and excursions.
• Book and manage reservations using the Amadeus GDS system.
• Respond to client inquiries, provide quotations, and follow up professionally.
• Coordinate with suppliers to secure optimal rates and availability.
• Stay updated on fares, promotions, airline policies, and industry regulations.
• Resolve booking issues, schedule changes, and client complaints efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client files.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a travel agency or similar environment.
• Fluency in Arabic and English; French is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to multitask under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Amadeus GDS reservation system.
• Hands‑on experience in airline ticketing (issuance, re‑issuance, refunds).
• Ability to build and sell comprehensive travel packages.
