About the role
We are looking for a full‑time Telesales Consultant to join our on‑site call centre in Sinn Al Fil. You will engage potential customers over the phone, provide sales consulting, and deliver high‑quality customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospects and present product features.
- Conduct sales consultations and close sales deals.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets while working under pressure.
- Participate in regular training to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
- Previous experience in telesales is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM software.
