About the role
We are seeking a motivated Appointment Setter to join our team in Beirut. You will be responsible for contacting potential clients, scheduling qualified appointments, and supporting our sales growth.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for the sales team.
- Engage with potential clients to confirm meetings and follow‑ups.
- Maintain accurate records of appointments and client interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize scheduling efficiency.
Required profile
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Previous experience in tele‑sales or a similar appointment‑setting role.
Required skills
- Familiarity with CRM software.
- Experience using calendar management tools.
