Senior Investment Analyst

About the role

Vennre is seeking a driven Senior Investment Analyst to join its investment team. This position offers hands‑on exposure to deal underwriting and portfolio management across private‑market asset classes, ideal for candidates with 2–3 years of relevant experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support underwriting of new investment opportunities through market research and screening of inbound deal flow.
• Conduct initial assessments, including financial modeling, market analysis, and preparation of investment memos.
• Assist in due‑diligence across commercial, financial, and legal workstreams.
• Monitor portfolio performance by reviewing investor reports, financial statements, and key metrics.
• Maintain internal dashboards, performance trackers, and reporting tools.
• Support quarterly and ad‑hoc valuation reviews, cash‑flow modeling, and fund performance assessments.
• Prepare investor communications and portfolio review materials.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, real estate, private equity, or a similar investment‑oriented role.
• Strong analytical abilities with a solid understanding of valuation techniques.
• Experience with due‑diligence and deal execution processes.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
