Senior Associate Outdoor Sales

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and results‑driven Senior Associate Outdoor Sales professional to join our growing team. In this role you will identify new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and drive revenue growth in the outdoor services market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential clients through research and outreach in the targeted market.
• Generate leads, prepare quotations and proposals, and close sales deals.
• Answer customer inquiries, negotiate sales agreements, and manage tender requests.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
• Deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, assist with sales reports, and handle administrative tasks.
• Provide weekly reports and participate in internal meetings with management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field.
• Self‑starter with a passion for sales and strong communication abilities.
• 3–6 years of sales experience; experience in the service sector is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships quickly.
• Eagerness to learn and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM tools.
