About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to own core accounting functions, ensure compliance, and deliver accurate financial reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain general ledger accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Handle tax filings and compliance for VAT, Income Tax, Tax on Salaries, Non-Resident Tax, and NSSF.
- Prepare audits, cost reports, and financial reports on time.
- Manage NSSF legal documentation with advisors and representatives.
- Coordinate with banks, perform daily cash closing, and maintain the fixed assets register.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of Lebanese taxation and NSSF regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting systems and Excel.
- CPA, CMA, ACCA, or CIA certification is a plus.
