Senior Account Executive

About the role

Kamkalima, the leading adaptive Arabic literacy platform in MENA, is looking for a Senior Account Executive to drive its commercial growth across the region. You will own the end‑to‑end sales process, from prospecting to closing, and help expand the company’s presence in schools.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, discover needs, propose solutions and close contracts.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date CRM with deal activity, stage progression and pipeline notes.
• Build and nurture relationships with school principals, academic directors, Arabic department heads and IT coordinators.
• Represent Kamkalima at education events, school visits and regional sector gatherings.
• Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to ensure smooth hand‑offs and successful onboarding of new schools.
• Provide market insights that inform product development and growth strategy.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in EdTech, SaaS or subscription services.
• Proven track record of closing deals with institutional buyers in the MENA region.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the region.
• Hands‑on experience with CRM tools.
• Self‑directed, autonomous and results‑oriented.
