Salesperson – Pest Control & Facility Services

About the role

MJ Services Group is seeking a motivated Salesperson to join its team in the Sidon District. You will promote the company’s pest control, food safety, and professional cleaning solutions to new and existing clients across a range of sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Conduct on‑site visits, present tailored solutions and prepare proposals and quotations.
• Manage the sales pipeline, negotiate contracts and follow up to close deals.
• Collaborate with operations and customer‑service teams to ensure accurate service delivery.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide ongoing account management.
• Monitor market trends, participate in local networking events and contribute to sales reporting and forecasting.

Required profile

• Proven sales, negotiation and client‑relationship skills with a focus on long‑term partnerships.
• Ability to assess client needs, craft customized proposals and present solutions clearly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities to handle multiple leads and on‑site visits.
• Willingness to learn about pest control, food safety and cleaning industry standards.
• Comfortable working in a field‑based environment with regular travel within Sidon and surrounding areas.
• Previous B2B sales or facility‑management experience preferred.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent practical experience.
