Salesperson – Façade & Landscaping Stone Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Salesperson to join Hajj Art Stone in Mansourieh, Lebanon. The role combines office work with field visits, allowing you to engage directly with architects, consultants, contractors and project owners to promote our façade and landscaping stone solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and architectural market.
• Present and demonstrate stone façade and landscaping products to clients, preparing quotations and technical proposals.
• Negotiate sales agreements and follow up on ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including design and installation, to deliver accurate project information.
• Visit project sites to assess requirements and provide on‑site support.

Required profile

• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of sales techniques, customer relationship management and business development.
• Understanding of construction materials, façade systems and stone installation solutions.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, including outdoor meetings and site visits.
