Sales Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Specialist to identify, develop and close new business opportunities for our Sales Force Automation (SFA) and Point of Sale (POS) solutions across Lebanon. The role focuses on distribution, retail and F&B sectors and requires frequent travel to meet prospects.

Key responsibilities

• Research the Lebanese market and pinpoint potential customers in FMCG, fresh goods, chemicals, agriculture, retail, supermarkets, restaurants and cafés.
• Visit prospects in person to understand their processes and uncover automation opportunities.
• Present and demonstrate SFA and POS solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals in coordination with internal teams.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, follow‑up, negotiation and closing.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date sales pipeline and CRM records, and coordinate payment follow‑up.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of B2B, outdoor sales or business development experience.
• Experience with software solutions, IT services, SFA, POS, ERP or SaaS is a plus.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, presentation and closing abilities.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel across Lebanon.
