Sales Development Representative - AI Startup GCC

About the role

This full-time, remote Sales Development Representative (SDR) will support AI startup clients across the GCC region, generating qualified leads and driving pipeline growth.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify target accounts, building prospect lists.
• Execute outbound outreach via calls, emails, and social channels.
• Conduct discovery conversations and qualify prospects against defined criteria.
• Schedule meetings for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up on inbound interest.
• Collaborate with client sales teams to refine messaging.
• Share feedback on market trends and prospect responses.

Required profile

• Strong inside sales and high‑volume outreach experience.
• Lead generation and business development expertise.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms.
• Experience selling into or within the GCC region and understanding local business culture.
• Prior experience with SaaS or AI/technology solutions is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet activity targets.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.
