About the role
Les Amis Boutique is looking for a passionate Sales Specialist to deliver an exceptional in‑store experience. You will be the face of the boutique, helping clients discover luxury fashion while supporting daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Provide styling advice, product recommendations, and personalized service to drive sales.
- Maintain boutique cleanliness, organization, and visual‑merchandising standards.
- Develop deep product knowledge to answer client questions confidently.
- Support stock replenishment, inventory organization, and accurate transaction processing.
Required profile
- Previous retail or customer‑service experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, detail‑oriented, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
