About the role

We are expanding our team in Jal El Dib and are looking for a driven, customer‑focused Sales Specialist to join our insurance division. In this role you will help individuals protect their financial future by offering tailored life insurance solutions while building long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized life insurance solutions.
• Assess client needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
• Educate clients on the importance and value of life protection.
• Achieve sales targets and performance KPIs.
• Stay updated on product offerings, market trends, and regulatory changes.
• Deliver exceptional service and conduct long‑term client follow‑up.

Required profile

• Experience in sales, financial services, or related fields is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Goal‑oriented, self‑motivated, and resilient.
• Official Bac II certificate is required; a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is a plus.
