About the role

The Sales Specialist is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Jounieh. You will help customers choose fitness and medical products, provide accurate product information, and ensure a pleasant in‑store experience.

Key responsibilities

Greet customers, assess their needs and recommend suitable products.
Process sales transactions using the point‑of‑sale system.
Maintain attractive product displays and monitor stock levels.
Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales targets.
Assist customers with basic product training.
Participate in promotional activities and in‑store campaigns.

Required profile

Strong communication skills and a customer‑service mindset.
Ability to work on‑site in Jounieh, including weekends or peak hours.
Previous retail experience in fitness, medical supplies or related fields is an advantage.
Professional, reliable, detail‑oriented and able to work in a team.
Basic computer literacy.

Required skills

Point‑of‑sale (POS) system operation.
