Sales Specialist – In‑Store Retail (Jounieh)

About the role
The Sales Specialist is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Jounieh. You will help customers choose fitness and medical products, provide accurate product information, and ensure a pleasant in‑store experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers, assess their needs and recommend suitable products.
- Process sales transactions using the point‑of‑sale system.
- Maintain attractive product displays and monitor stock levels.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales targets.
- Assist customers with basic product training.
- Participate in promotional activities and in‑store campaigns.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑service mindset.
- Ability to work on‑site in Jounieh, including weekends or peak hours.
- Previous retail experience in fitness, medical supplies or related fields is an advantage.
- Professional, reliable, detail‑oriented and able to work in a team.
- Basic computer literacy.
Required skills
- Point‑of‑sale (POS) system operation.
