About the role
The Sales Representative will greet and assist customers, guiding them through product selections and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This role involves maintaining the sales floor, handling transactions, and supporting the team during busy periods.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers, offer assistance, and direct them to racks and counters.
- Provide accurate product information, suggest items, and help customers make selections.
- Document sales by creating or updating customer profiles and processing payments.
- Cross‑sell, upsell, and promote current sales and promotions.
- Maintain a stocked sales floor, organize merchandise displays, and perform inventory counts.
- Handle customer complaints calmly and professionally.
- Report to the assigned supervisor and provide feedback to the Store Manager.
Required profile
- Ability to multitask while staying attentive to customers.
- Flexibility to adapt to business needs and peak times.
- Strong communication skills for handling complaints and providing feedback.
