About the role

Aegis Unit, a performance-driven advisory team within a leading international insurance organization, is hiring a full-time Life Insurance Agent in Dbayeh, with some flexibility to work from home. The agent advises clients on life insurance solutions, assesses their financial needs and recommends coverage aligned with their goals and risk profiles. The team offers structured leadership pathways, hands-on guidance and continuous coaching.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and engage new clients and conduct consultations
• Prepare proposals and manage policy applications and renewals
• Deliver high-quality customer service and maintain ongoing client relationships
• Ensure timely follow-up and policy servicing
• Collaborate with the advisory team, meet performance targets and take part in training and coaching sessions

Required profile

• Demonstrated skills in insurance sales, able to identify client needs and present life insurance solutions
• Solid understanding of insurance products and principles, including policy structures, coverage options and risk assessment
• Foundational knowledge of finance to help clients align insurance with long-term financial objectives
• Strong customer service skills and effective communication, able to explain complex information clearly
• Goal-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple clients and tasks
• Comfort with hybrid work and basic digital tools; previous experience in life insurance, financial services or advisory roles is an advantage; relevant certifications or licensing preferred
