About the role
Join Servi SAL, Lebanon's first trust‑based marketplace for home and family services, at the founding stage. You will work directly with the co‑founders to build and operate the supply engine that powers the platform.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct freelancer outreach and convert professionals into active service providers across multiple verticals.
- Learn and apply structured sales methods to pitch, handle objections, and close deals.
- Test and optimize outreach messaging to improve sign‑up and activation rates.
- Gain hands‑on exposure to marketplace operations, including supply planning, vetting, and management.
Required profile
- Proactive, ownership‑driven, and accountable for outcomes.
- Curious, learning‑by‑doing mindset, eager to experiment and grow.
- Tech‑savvy and comfortable with digital tools and platforms.
- Detail‑oriented, open to feedback, and adaptable.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM tools for lead tracking or pipeline management.
