Business Development & Operation Supervisor

About the role

Servi SAL is building Lebanon’s first trust‑based marketplace for home and family services. As the Growth & Operations Lead you will own the freelancer side of the platform, driving supply strategy, outreach and retention while working closely with the co‑founders.

Key responsibilities

• Define freelancer supply targets, structure service verticals and set requirements per skill, certification and availability.
• Build partnerships with universities, institutions and community organisations; lead acquisition through job fairs, cold outreach and referral programmes.
• Manage the freelancer pipeline from initial contact through activation, maintaining dashboards and improving conversion funnels.
• Oversee end‑to‑end vetting, including document collection, KYC verification and quality control.
• Monitor supply balance, freelancer availability and utilization; handle issues, feedback and escalations.
• Produce regular reports on acquisition, activation and retention metrics, flagging risks and bottlenecks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, operations, project management, HR or related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in operations, business development or marketplace environments; startup experience a plus.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; French is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis and dashboard creation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
• Experience using CRM and field outreach tools.
• Familiarity with project management platforms.
