Sales Officer

About the role

Berdawni Natural Mineral Water is looking for a Sales Officer to coordinate daily sales activities, manage customer accounts, process invoices and collections, and produce accurate sales reports. The role ensures system updates are current and supports smooth collaboration with the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily stock and cash collection for cash‑van sales.
• Exchange and update sales data between the mobile application and the central system.
• Create new client accounts based on required legal documents.
• Prepare and update daily sales routes for distributors and cash vans.
• Process invoices and ensure compliance with agreed payment terms.
• Document daily product waste with signed reports and photos.
• Review daily sales reports and invoices for accuracy.
• Prepare statements of accounts and reports on due and unpaid invoices.
• Receive and process drivers’ sales requests.
• Maintain proper archiving of files, invoices, and supporting documents.

Required profile

• BA in Business Administration or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales or a similar role.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
• Proficiency in English; French is a plus.
