Sales Manager – Risk Assessment Solutions

About the role

Reputell™ is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the end‑to‑end sales cycle for its risk assessment solutions. Based in Athens, you will work on‑site with corporate, governmental and institutional clients, driving revenue growth through prospecting, demos, negotiations and account expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new market opportunities across corporate, public and institutional sectors.
• Conduct product demonstrations and tailor proposals to meet complex client needs.
• Negotiate contracts, prepare sales forecasts and manage the sales pipeline.
• Maintain and grow existing client relationships through regular check‑ins and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and operations teams to feed client feedback into solution development.
• Mentor and develop junior sales team members, monitor sales metrics and contribute to strategic planning.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B or enterprise sales, preferably in risk assessment, compliance or data‑driven technology services.
• Strong account management and consultative selling abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to work on‑site in a collaborative environment and meet measurable targets.
