Sales and Customer Support

About the role

Join PatioHome, a fast‑growing Lebanese e‑commerce brand in the sleep and wellness sector, as a Sales and Customer Support professional. You will run your own pipeline, own results and earn through a base salary plus uncapped commission.

Key responsibilities

• Generate outbound leads via phone, WhatsApp and email and convert prospects into customers.
• Manage the full sales pipeline from first contact to closed deal.
• Handle daily operations such as order processing, delivery coordination and payment follow‑ups.
• Provide fast, friendly after‑sales support to retain customers and generate referrals.

Required profile

• Owner‑mindset with a strong drive to achieve targets.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service or retail (fresh graduates welcome).
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English; French is a plus.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and comfortable juggling sales and operational tasks.
