Sales Manager – Marketing Focus

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager with a strong marketing background to lead revenue growth for MEDIA SINE. Based in Beirut, this full‑time hybrid position will combine sales strategy, client acquisition and close collaboration with our marketing team to deliver integrated campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies that align with company objectives and market opportunities.
• Identify, qualify and pursue new business prospects across digital marketing and software development sectors.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and upselling.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign planning, lead generation and performance analysis.
• Monitor market trends, prepare sales reports and provide actionable insights for strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, lead generation and client relationship management.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, campaign planning and social media strategy.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Experience using sales tools and analytics platforms.
