Sales Manager – Lebanon

About the role

Emirates is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead passenger sales and marketing activities in Lebanon. Based in Beirut, you will drive revenue growth, manage key trade relationships and ensure the successful execution of commercial strategies across the market.

Key responsibilities

• Organise, control and monitor passenger sales targets and marketing goals.
• Manage trade and corporate relationships through regular sales visits.
• Oversee sales operations and administration in line with company policies.
• Develop and launch value‑added products tailored to the local market.
• Guide and monitor field sales staff to maintain performance standards.
• Implement product and promotional plans for maximum market impact.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and annual sales reports and track market trends and competitor activity.
• Review travel‑agent and GSA sales performance and take corrective actions.
• Collaborate with marketing, tariff units and other passenger‑service departments to ensure an integrated sales effort.

Required profile

• Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) in Business Management, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of sales & marketing experience, preferably in airline passenger sales.
• At least 3 years of management experience leading sales teams.

Required skills

• Strong communication and relationship‑building capabilities.
• Account management and sales planning expertise.
• Understanding of travel‑trade distribution channels.
