Sales Manager - Insurance

About the role

Fidelity Insurance, founded in 1967 and serving corporate and retail clients, is looking for a Sales Manager. The role builds and develops a team of insurance consultants, sets sales targets, monitors performance and provides ongoing coaching and support. It also covers planning and executing sales strategies, finding new business opportunities and strengthening relationships with corporate and retail clients.

Key responsibilities

• Build and develop a team of insurance consultants, set sales targets and monitor performance
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to the team
• Plan and execute sales strategies and identify new business opportunities
• Strengthen relationships with corporate and retail clients
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders so that customized insurance solutions are clearly presented, accurately quoted and efficiently delivered
• Oversee sales operations and review pipeline reports
• Guide team members on complex cases and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards

Required profile

• Proven experience in insurance sales or financial services, including responsibility for a sales team or territory
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field; advanced insurance or sales certifications are an advantage
• Comfortable explaining complex insurance solutions clearly

Required skills

• Sales management and leadership, including team supervision, performance monitoring and coaching
• Sales strategy, business development and client relationship management
• Solid knowledge of insurance products, underwriting basics and risk assessment principles, preferably in corporate and retail segments
• Negotiation, presentation and analytical skills
• CRM systems, sales reporting tools and standard office software such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word
