Sales Lead - Renewables

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Lead to drive the growth of our renewable energy portfolio, including solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, battery energy storage (BESS) and hybrid solutions. The role combines business development, customer relationship management and coordination with engineering and project teams to deliver tailored energy solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet renewable energy targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with customers, EPCs, consultants and strategic partners.
• Manage the sales pipeline, prepare forecasts and ensure timely follow‑up on opportunities.
• Lead customer meetings, presentations, negotiations and commercial proposals.
• Gather customer requirements and collaborate with Engineering and Projects teams to design suitable solutions.
• Maintain and grow key accounts while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities in the renewable sector.
• Coach and support the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
• Produce regular sales reports and provide management updates on performance and pipeline.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Sales or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of sales or business development experience in renewable energy.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and leadership abilities.
• Excellent English; Arabic is a plus.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development activities.
