Sales Consultant – Insurance & Financial Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Sales Consultant to join our team in Beirut. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities and helping customers with their insurance and financial protection needs, guiding them from proposal to enrollment.

Key responsibilities

• Meet prospective and existing clients to assess their insurance and financial protection requirements.
• Present MetLife’s product portfolio and prepare customized proposals.
• Guide customers through the application, enrollment, and follow‑up processes.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records in internal sales systems and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues and managers to refine sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a focus on long‑term relationship building.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in insurance, financial services, or a related field.
• Ability to work on‑site in Beirut, manage a prospect pipeline, and organize daily activities efficiently.
• High integrity, ethical conduct, and respect for confidentiality.
• Valid driver’s license and personal car (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field (BACC 2 mandatory).
