About the role

The Cars Showroom Sales Consultant works full‑time on‑site in Beirut, engaging prospective customers, identifying their vehicle needs and presenting suitable car options.

Key responsibilities

  • Guide customers through test drives and explain financing and insurance options.
  • Prepare sales proposals, complete sales documentation and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain regular communication to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay informed about automotive market trends, inventory updates and dealership promotions to meet sales targets.

Required profile

  • Strong customer‑facing capabilities with a focus on satisfaction and retention.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with diverse customers.
  • Experience in automotive sales or similar sales roles, with a proven ability to meet targets.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or marketing is a plus.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with CRM or sales‑tracking tools.
  • Comfort using basic computer and office applications.
