Sales Consultant – Fitness Center

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our Fitness Zone team at one of our locations. You will engage with prospective and current members, showcase our membership options and fitness programs, and guide visitors through the facility.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with prospects and members, providing detailed information on memberships, programs, and services.
• Conduct guided tours of the fitness centre.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and convert leads into long‑term members.
• Handle inquiries in person, by phone and through digital channels.
• Maintain accurate records in the sales/CRM system.
• Collaborate with front‑desk and coaching teams to ensure a welcoming, professional experience.

Required profile

• Strong sales techniques and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent customer service and satisfaction focus.
• Clear, confident communication in person, on the phone and digitally.
• Previous experience in fitness, wellness or retail sales with a proven track record of meeting targets.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM or membership management systems.
• Basic knowledge of common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
