The Sales Associate will join our retail team at Sleep Comfort in Karantina, delivering an exceptional shopping experience to customers. This full‑time position focuses on helping shoppers find the right products, answering queries, and supporting store operations in a fast‑paced environment. You will also contribute to inventory management and promotional activities as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, understanding their needs and recommending suitable products.
• Maintain product displays, stock shelves, and ensure the store remains tidy and inviting.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the point‑of‑sale system.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

• Assist in receiving and unpacking new merchandise deliveries.
• Participate in regular inventory counts and loss‑prevention procedures.
